I can’t recommend this shop enough! They really went above and beyond for me today. They took the time to figure out exactly what was going on with my vehicle, were honest every step of the way, and ended up saving me a lot of money. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but these guys have always taken great care of me. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service are second to none. If you’re looking for a mechanic who genuinely has your best interest in mind, this is the place to go. Thank you again for always treating me right!

Huge thanks to Witts Automotive Repair for getting my truck back on the road after I accidentally put DEF in the diesel tank. They repaired and cleaned the entire fuel system and fuel lines and saved me from what could have been a complete nightmare. What impressed me the most was how fast they got it done. Since I live out of state and was stranded, they completed the entire repair in only about 3 hours to help get me back on the road. That level of service is hard to find nowadays. A special thanks to my technician Jerry for taking care of everything and making the process stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, kept me updated throughout the repair, and the truck is running great again. You can tell they actually know diesel trucks and care about doing the job right instead of just throwing parts at it. If anyone needs diesel or fuel system work done, especially DEF contamination repairs, I highly recommend Witts Automotive Repair. Great people and great work.

I needed a flywheel on my 2000 Chevy Silverado. Was given a reasonable estimate($480.00) for the repair. On the initial inspection of the truck, the Mechanic "Jerry" mentioned how my engine was in "great shape." This truck was Sentimental to me, as it was my uncle's before we lost him to Cancer. I DROVE the truck to Whitt Automotive & Radiator to replace the flywheel. Starting shortly after dropping it off, I received calls from "Jerry" claiming that one part after another were "no good" and needed replaced. First was the starter, which I had him remove due to a still active Warranty. It took 4 times of removing and replacing the starter for him to claim it was the battery cables. When I went to inspect said cables, I noticed they were cut completely from battery. First red flag. I purchased new cables, and brought them to be installed. Next, "Jerry" said the fuel modulator was the problem, and my engine was "locked up", when I showed up at the shop to have a look, I asked him to pull my spark plugs, they were dry. At that point I questioned "Jerry's " intentions, still was unsure if the engine was or was not "locked up." At this point "Jerry" became extremely irritated, saying

honestly can’t recommend this shop enough!! It’s so hard to find a mechanic you can actually trust, but they’ve been nothing but honest and helpful every time I’ve gone in. They don’t try to overcharge or add on unnecessary things just to make money. What I really appreciate is that they actually take the time to show you what’s going on with your car and explain everything so you understand it. Such friendly nice people as well!

Rented a uhaul trailer from them on 5/10/23, received great service from Buddy who supplied all the equipment we needed. Also gave us good advice on an alternative trailer with a ramp, which worked out much better than what we had originally reserved. Cannot comment about any repair work because I’ve never had anything done by them, but the service in renting this trailer was certainly excellent.
